Don’t let the name fool you, this isn’t just for students.  I am well into my career and love this little bag.  I opted for the 25L version, but Dakine also offers a 33L version. I have been using this bag for about a year and still, very much love the bag.  I moved from a bigger, bulkier Amazon Basics bag that just wasn’t right.

The straps are nicely padded and provide a nice amount of comfort if you have the bag a little bit heavy.  I usually travel pretty light, with an XPS 13,  a few small notebooks, pens, field notes, and a water bottle.   I still have a lot of room left in the bag whenever I travel like this. It makes for easy transporting my essentials when working remote.

According to the guide from Dakine, the 25L bag will fit laptops up to 14″, and the 33L will fit 15″ laptops.   Dakine doesn’t address anything larger than 15″ for the campus backpack, so if you have a larger computer, you might need to look for something else.

I don’t mind it, and in fact, I think I prefer EDC bags that don’t have the full zip, lay flat ability but if you are looking for a bag that lays flat for packing, the Campus Backpack isn’t for you.  It comes in several different color options, so they should match any style you are looking for.

If you buy this Dakine Campus bag, I think you will really love it whether you are walking into Econ 101, Starbucks, or the board room.
